When she found Ashtanga Yoga in the late 1990s she was immediately drawn to the practice saying “it felt like coming home”. It has been a big part of her life ever since.

An exceptional practice

Lotta has an exceptional personal practice built by approaching the challenges with dedication, love, curiosity, energy and gratefulness. She balances her practice with a busy work schedule, teaching and her family of two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren
