Lotta Sebzda Returns to Yoga Sangha Manchester

We are so excited to welcome back the world-renowned Ashtanga Yoga teacher Lotta Sebzda to Yoga Sangha Manchester

Lotta is a truly inspirational teacher travelling the world to share her knowledge and experience from almost 30 years of the traditional mysore style of practice as taught by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois and R Sharath Jois. When she found Ashtanga Yoga in the late 1990s she was immediately drawn to the practice saying “it felt like coming home”. It has been a big part of her life ever since.

She has an exceptional personal practice built by approaching the challenges with dedication, love, curiosity, energy and gratefulness. She balances her practice with a busy work schedule, teaching and her family of two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren

We would love you to join us for a deep-dive into this very special practice with plenty of help, hints and tips to make sure you leave inspired and excited about your own practice. Lotta is also well known for her handstands and loves being upside down. She will share lots of ideas and support you to develop your handstands whether you are a total beginner or already confident upside down.
