Gong Bath Meditations alter brain wave patterns from the Beta (waking state) to Theta & Delta (meditative) states. Science teaches that meditative brain frequencies enable us to access our deeper subconscious and superconscious, which are key states for healing.
The gong is one of the oldest musical instruments in the world. Based on ancient wisdom, gongs vibrate at frequencies our body latches on to allowing the mind and body the space to heal itself.

Group Reiki and Sound Bath with Jess in Cheadle
15 March 11:00am-12:00pm
£20pp
Are you in need of some time out from your busy schedules to rest recharge and switch off?
This event for Mothers Day is for women who are constantly giving to others, whether you are a mother or not, it is designed to celebrate the divine feminine through community, love and acceptance.
Join Jess on a deeply restorative group reiki immersion, with the added support of Sound healing.
We will be working mostly with the nervous system, and the non-logical layers of you — the layers that don’t respond to more thinking, but soften when they are met, held and rebalanced.
Reiki has a way of finding the exact places in the body and biofield where you are gripping, bracing, or over-managing with the mind… and then re-opening flow.
Reiki tends to feel like:
- a soft dissolving of tension
- a warm wave or “blanket” feeling in the body
- memories / emotion surfacing then releasing without drama
- the sense of returning back to yourself
The vibrational medicine of added sound healing work beautifully with reiki to:
- anchor the energetic shifts into the body
- help the brain drop into theta and deep rest states
- guide the system into coherence
Expect:
💕 Guided Meditation, Palo Santo, Intention Setting, Reiki Healing, Sound Journey.
