This is the 2nd year running this together, this year we invite you explore themes of seasons.

Retreat for a Day at Yoga Sangha - A sanctuary for rest, renewal and reconnection
January 25th 10.30-pm-4.00pm.
£50PP
Life can feel fast, full and overwhelming at times. It’s rare to step away from the noise and give yourself permission to rest, to breathe, to move in a way that nourishes rather than depletes. This retreat day at Yoga Sangha has been created as a sanctuary, a whole day just for you to pause, replenish your energy and reconnect with what truly matters.
From the moment you arrive at 10am, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and supportive community. We begin gently with journalling to help you settle your mind and open your heart, followed by breath and mantra practices that soothe the nervous system and restore balance. Movement and meditation lead us into lunch, where we’ll share food, conversation and laughter together.
The afternoon offers space to explore light somatic practices that release tension, a joyful and uplifting backbending workshop to open the body, and the chance to feel supported in gentle yin yoga. We’ll close with deep relaxation and Reiki, giving you time to integrate and let the body rest in stillness.
This retreat day is for anyone who needs:
• Rest from daily demands – a pause from the constant busyness.
• A reset for mind and body – practices to calm, soothe and renew.
• Connection – to yourself, to your practice and to others in a nurturing space.
• Joy and lightness – a day where laughter, movement and kindness meet.
Throughout the day you’ll be held with tenderness and care. We’ve intentionally kept the price low - just £50 for the full day - to make this retreat as accessible as possible.
please bring your lunch, with the option to share if you wish
This is your invitation to step away from the busyness of life and come home to yourself.
